What is O Inventory?
O Inventory is inventory management software with a built-in point of sale. It tracks stock across locations, handles quotes, sales orders and purchase orders, and lets your team ring up sales at the counter - all from one login.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. You do not need a credit card to sign up.
Does the point of sale come with every plan?
Point of sale is included on every plan with a monthly allowance of sales - see the pricing page for the exact numbers. Business includes unlimited POS sales.
Can I sell by weight or length?
Yes. Quantities support up to three decimals, so you can sell 0.750 kg, 2.5 m or 1.25 litres and stock is deducted precisely.
Can I control what each team member can do?
Yes. Assign a role (Administrator, Approver or Sales) and fine-tune permissions per person - for example who can use the point of sale, give discounts, issue refunds or see reports.
Can I import my existing products?
Yes. Upload a CSV file to import products, or add them one by one with photos, barcodes, costs and prices. You can export your data at any time.
Do I need special hardware?
No. O Inventory runs in the browser on a laptop, tablet or phone. A USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner and a receipt printer are optional extras.
