Free trial
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment details are needed and nothing is charged during the trial.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for and it will not renew.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, contact us and we will refund that payment in full. After that, payments for the current period are non-refundable, but you will not be charged again once you cancel. Where the law gives you additional rights, those still apply.
How to ask
Email hello@oinventory.com from the address on your account and we will process eligible refunds to the original payment method.
