1. Agreement
By creating an account or using O Inventory you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
2. The service
O Inventory is a web-based inventory management and point-of-sale service. We may improve, change or retire features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including that of team members you invite and the permissions you give them.
4. Trial, plans and payment
New accounts receive a free trial. After the trial you need a paid plan to keep using the service. Plans, prices and usage limits (for example products, team members and point-of-sale sales per month) are shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew for the billing period you chose until cancelled. Taxes may apply.
5. Your data
You own the data you put into O Inventory. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service. You can export your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to break or overload it, no accessing other customers' data, and no reselling access without our permission.
7. Availability and support
We work hard to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Support is provided by email during business hours.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or loss of profit or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Suspension and termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or do not pay. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it. We will notify account holders of significant changes.
